In November 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has focused on construction of project items under the contract. Construction works in the month includes dredging, road foundation excavation, K95 embankment achieved 100%; K98 embankment work achieved 95%. For the drainage system, the installation of the D600 sewer system has reached 81% and the sewer D400 has reached 24% of the contract volume.

In October, 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has carried out the construction of crushed stone for the subgrade II layer, reached 80% of the volume, construction and installation of curbs reached 98% and pavement paving reached 81%. At the same time, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has implemented to plant 98% of the tree volume.

At the end of October 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has implemented and completed the repair and compaction of K98 grade I layer; completed the construction of the cut-off wall and the embankment of the stone roof reached 95%. In addition, transportation of weathered soil to the landfill is being implemented.

Sao Mai New Urban Area Project is invested by Sao Mai Group and the main contractor Vistar Joint Stock Company with a construction area of 704,354 m2. INVESTCORP Group has signed a contract to execute the project's pavement paving package and INVESTCORP 6 will directly execute the package.

In early October 2022, INVESTCORP Group has signed a contract to construct some items of the Sao Mai Resort Project invested by Sao Mai Group - An Giang with a construction area of 54ha, the project has a convenient location which is less than 10km from Tho Xuan airport and about 1.5km from Lam Kinh special national relic site, a very convenient location to develop tourism, commerce and luxury resorts in Thanh Hoa province.

In October 2022, INVESTCORP 15 has completed the construction of the foundation and foundation bracing of the main factory as planned to hand over the site to erect the reinforced concrete structure. For the ancillary package and outdoor work, INVESTCORP 15 has also poured concrete of water tank walls, chemical tank walls, foundation and foundation brace of the trash house. Besides, the sewerage is also being constructed by INVESTCORP 15 to return the ground for construction of outside scaffolding.

At the end of October 2022, INVESTCORP Dong Minh has completed the construction of items in the PCB house, including construction of lift table foundation, reinforced concrete construction, stair formwork; the construction of corrugated iron walls and installation of corrugated iron wall doors is also being implemented in parallel.
