In January 2023, INVESTCORP 15 has completed 70% of the work volume of the factory concrete floor, the remaining 30% of the volume is temporarily stopped to wait for the Investor’s design change. By the end of January 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has basically completed the construction of drainage ditches and campus items together with the construction of watering asphalt to the road surface reaches 60% of the volume. Total construction volume is estimated at 97% of contract volume.

The works performed in the month including construction of water macadam for under layer of road surface reached 95%, construction of macadam for upper layer reached 95%, and construction of asphalt layer reached 82%. In addition, the construction of planting trees has also been completed 100% of the volume by INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa. Total construction output is estimated at 66%.

In January 2023, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has carried out the construction of the items and workload according to the contract. The works performed during the month mainly focused on the drainage system, including earthworks, crushed stone construction, formwork for pouring trenches concrete. Total construction output is estimated at 12% of the contract volume.

In January 2023, INVESTCORP 15 has completed the plastering work of the main factory and warehouse. For the outdoor package, INVESTCORP 15 has also handed over the auxiliary items to the main contractor, including weighing station, pump room, foundation of wastewater treatment tank and pipe bridge. At the same time, the construction of internal roads is also being carried out in parallel by INVESTCORP 15.
