On August 01 2016, the Board of Directors and managers from departments of Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation – INVESTCORP came to inspect, worked and exchanged construction experience at the construction site of the Maple factory – Peony branch.
Completion of Renovation Project of Sei Electronics Components (Vietnam) Factory
The renovation project of Sei Electronic Components (Vietnam) factory at Lot 49B, Quang Minh Industrial Park, Me Linh district, Hanoi with the Investor: Sei Electronic Components (Vietnam), Ltd, the Construction Contractor: Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation – INVESTCORP commenced on January 15, 2016, estimated completion schedule on July 20, 2016. During the construction execution, INVESTCORP has mobilized workforce with highly qualified engineers, skillful workers as well as modern construction equipment to meet the construction progress and quality required by the Investor. Under the urgently working spirit, INVESTCORP completed excellently the project exceeding the progress and conducted the preliminary handover before a month. The project has been received the high appreciation from the Investor on the guarantee of quality, progress and design standards.
Acceptance and Handover of Mitsuba M – Tech Vietnam Project
In the morning of March 30, 2016, the construction project of Mitsuba M-Tech Vietnam – Hung Yen branch was handed-over according to quality and progress requirements. The Investor, Mitsuba M-Tech Vietnam Company Limited, Hung Yen branch, the Main contractor, Hazama Ando Corporation and the Construction contractor, Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation (INVESTCORP) attended the hand-over ceremony.
Ground-breaking Ceremony of Garment Factory of Maple Co., Ltd – Peony branch
In the morning of 23 March 2016, the Ground – Breaking Ceremony for preparation of survey and geologic reconnaissance of the Garment factory project of Maple Co., Ltd – Peony branch was held at the plot 096B/097/098/099/100/101/102/102A – No.15 road 7, VSIP Bac Ninh, Phu Chan commune, Tu Son town, Bac Ninh province, Vietnam. The ground-breaking ceremony was attended by the Owner – Maple Co., Ltd – Peony branch and the Main Contractor – Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation – INVESTCORP.
2015 Year-end ceremony of Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation
On January 10, 2016, INVESTCORP held the Year – End ceremony – Welcome New Year of Monkey, Spring 2016 to review achievements and lessons learned in the previous year as well as launch a movement, orientate the development for the upcoming year. Update of Construction Progress of Mitsuba M-Tech Vietnam Factory
Under sustained attempts to ensure accelerating the progress of INVESTCORP, at present, phase II of the project has been completed after two months of project implementation and phase III – factory floor is in preparation for handover. It is expected that Mitsuba M-Tech Vietnam factory – Hung Yen Branch will be handed over and put into use at the end of Quarter I of 2016.

In the morning of October 31, 2015, project of Nissei electric factory Hanoi – phase 4 was handed over with the ensured quality and progress. At the hand – over ceremony, there were the presence of the Investor – Nissei Electric Hanoi Co., Ltd., the Main contractor – Hazama Ando Corporation and Construction contractor – INVESTCORP.
