Construction progress updated in May 2022 – Technical infrastructure project of residential area in Quang Dong commune, Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province
In May 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has carried out the works such as excavation, organic dredging of roadbeds reached 75%; K98 embankment construction of roads reached 50% of the contract volume. The roads that have been constructed include: road 1, road 2, road 3, road 5, road 6 which are processing concrete casting for pavement structures, installing and building manholes, drainage pits.
Construction progress update in May 2022 – Road project from Xuan Hung commune connecting with road from Tho Xuan town to Lam Son – Sao Vang urban area, Tho Xuan district
At the end of May 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has implemented the construction of items, including: excavation, dredging of organic soil; embankment of K95 road reached 95% and K98 reached 13% of the contract volume; the cutoff dike reached 70% of the volume, the foundation excavation, mold, and structure excavation have also been completed. Currently, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa is carrying out concrete structure casting and starts to install sewers and trenches.

In May 2022, INVESTCORP 15 has completed the remaining items of the office area, including the construction of drywall ceilings, aluminum ceilings, aluminum glass walls, installation of panels, sound-absorbing panels, painting walls and installation of furniture, tables and chairs.

In May 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited focused on implementing and executing the items in the contract, including the construction of the crushed stone base layer grade II reached 80% and the upper layer grade I reached 50%; installation of curbs reached 80%; sidewalk tiling reached 65%; planting reached 30%; the road surface drainage system reached 85% of the volume.

At the end of May 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has completed the items in the contract, including pavement tiling, repairing, compacting and finishing the road surface, installation of the frame and composite cover.

Construction progress update in April 2022 – Renovation project of lake, campus and walkway in Bac Luong commune, Tho Xuan district
At the end of April 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has completed all the items of the Renovation project of lake, campus and walkway in Bac Luong commune, Tho Xuan district. The project has been constructed 45 days ahead of schedule and is completing the procedures to sign the minutes of acceptance, handover and put into use. The project was highly appreciated by the leaders of Tho Xuan district as well as the investor for the quality of the work, progress and design standards.

At the end of April 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has gathered machinery, materials and human resources to implement the construction of the road project from Xuan Hung commune connecting with road from Tho Xuan town to Lam Son – Sao Vang urban area, Tho Xuan district. The works implemented in the month including digging, dredging organic soil, digging foundation - mold – bench cut reached 65% of the workload; construction of embankment of road K95 achieved 55%, K98 achieved 7% of the contract value.
Construction progress update in April 2022– Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project
In April 2022, INVESTCORP 15 has completed the items of the factory. The office was urgently constructed and completed by INVESTCORP 15, reaching 85% of the workload, including drywall ceilings, aluminum and glass walls, ceiling and wall painting and interior installation. The drywall ceilings and walls are also being urgently constructed.

In April 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has completed casting all manhole components, pits, concrete covers for sewage ditches, and curbs. The volume of other jobs achieved in the month, including construction of the crushed base grade type II reached 70%, the upper layer grade type I reached 30%; installation of curbs reached 55%; paving tile work reached 25%; wastewater drainage system reached 97%; installation of water supply system reached 70%.

In April 2022, the Dong Nam Residential area infrastructure project in Dong Khe commune, Dong Son district, Thanh Hoa province was implemented by INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited and achieved 95% of the total volume of work items in the contract, including the completion of the installation of sidewalks and water supply pipes, and the completion of the pulling and installation of underground cables on the sidewalks of roads No. 8, 9 & 13; paving tiles of roads No. 9 & 13.
Construction progress update in April 2022 – Star Villas project
At the end of April 2022, INVESTCORP Myanmar has basically completed 95% of the workload. Currently, Villas No. 1B, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15 & 16 have been completed and handed over to put into use. The construction of painting inside and outside Villa No. 1A was completed in parallel with the leveling, fence, gate, and yard.
