Construction progress updated in January 2022 – Technical infrastructure project of residential area in Quang Dong commune, Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province
In January 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has mobilized materials, equipment, and human resources to execute the residential area project in Quang Dong commune. Construction works during the month includes the grubbing of roadbeds reached 50%; embankment of roads K95, K98 achieved 45% of the contract value. The roads that have been built include route No. 1, route No. 2, route No. 3, route No. 5, and route No. 6.

In January 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has implemented a number of work items at the Residential Area Infrastructure project in Hoang Hoc village, Dong Hoang commune, Dong Son district, Thanh Hoa province. The work done during the month includes embanking K95, drainage system, pulling power cables for low voltage power supply, cleaning works, organizing embankment and blocking of entrances to internal roads, installing warning signs for Tet holiday.

Construction progress updated in December 2021 – Renovation and improvement project of Thanh Quang Park (historical site of lamp factory), Ba Dinh ward, Thanh Hoa city
At the end of December 2021, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has completed the construction of 100% of the surface water drainage system and underground electrical lines; installed lights in the campus and completed the installation of quote stones and the nameplate with Thanh Hoa green stone. In addition, the installation of natural stone sidewalks, flower beds and box steel railings around the lake has reached 90%. The works are nearly completed, including: paving the internal road and courtyard with Terrazzo tiles and paving the steps up and down the lake with natural stone reached 80% of the volume; the renovation of cultural houses and public toilets reached 70% of the progress.

Although the situation of the Covid-19 pandemic in Bim Son town in December 2021 continued to be complicated, there were large outbreaks and complicated changes in the community, INVESTCORP 15 ensures the effective implementation of the "dual goal" of preventing and controlling diseases, protecting the health of engineers and workers, and ensuring the construction progress and completing the project plan.

At the end of December 2021, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has completed 90% of K95 embankment, 80% of K98 embankment, 60% of grade 2 crushed stone road construction, 40% of curb installation, 45% of surface water and wastewater drainage systems. Besides, the volume of trees on the sidewalks has also been planted by 50%.
