Groundbreaking ceremony of Expansion project of Meiko Quang Minh manufacturing and assembling electronic components factory Phase 1
On April 19, 2022, the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Expansion Project of Meiko Quang Minh manufacturing and assembling electronic components factory Phase 1 was held at Quang Minh Industrial Park, Me Linh District, Hanoi City. Attending the ceremony were Deputy Head of Management Board of Hanoi Industrial & Export Processing Zones, representatives of the Investor - Meiko Quang Minh Electronics Co., Ltd. and partners, distinguished guests, representatives of General Contractor - INVESTCORP Group and representatives of Quang Minh Industrial Park Management Board.
Handover of Tho Xuan district square project
Tho Xuan district square has a total area of more than 7000 m2, the work started in December 2021 with the items including construction of the platform, underground infrastructure, paving stones, security camera system and lighting. In particular, the clock tower was urgently imported from abroad by INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa, installed and completed technically, with the symbol of large lotus petals reaching above, representing the dynamic - developing land, creating its own highlight and harmonize with the surrounding space.

On March 1, 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Renovation project of lake, campus and walkway in Bac Luong commune, Tho Xuan district. Attending the ceremony were representatives of Tho Xuan District People's Committee, Management Board of Construction and Investment Project of Tho Xuan District, Board of Directors of INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited and representatives of the construction unit.
Construction progress updated in March 2022 – Technical infrastructure project of residential area in Quang Dong commune, Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province
In March 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has mobilized materials, equipment and human resources to construct the residential project in Quang Dong commune. Construction works in the month includes construction of organic excavation and dredging of roadbeds reached 80%; K95 road embankment construction achieved 60% of the contract value. The roads that have been constructed consist of Roads No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 5, No. 6, which are processing concrete castings for pavement structures, installing culverts and building manholes for drainage.
Construction progress updated in March 2022 – Road project from Xuan Hung commune connecting with road from Tho Xuan town to Lam Son – Sao Vang urban area, Tho Xuan district
At the end of March 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has selected a place to make a temporary house and mobilized machinery, materials and human resources for the construction of the Road project from Xuan Hung commune connecting with road from Tho Xuan town to Lam Son – Sao Vang urban area, Tho Xuan district. The works implemented in the month includes excavation and dredging of organic soil on the roadbed reached 25%; construction of road embankment K95 achieved 12% and K98 achieved 5% of the contract value.
Construction progress updated in March 2022 – Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project
In March 2022, INVESTCORP 15 has completed items, including: painting the internal and external walls in the factory, installing iron doors, quick rolling doors and ditch cover system. The office has been completed the tiling of the toilet area, stairs, aluminum and glass facades and aluminum facade panels for the office by INVESTCORP 15. The ceiling and drywall work are also being urgently constructed.

In March 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited focused on implementing and speeding up the construction of a number of work items at the Typical Residential Area Infrastructure Project in Hoang Hoc Village, Dong Hoang Commune, Dong Son District, Thanh Hoa Province. The works performed in the month include the wastewater drainage system reaches 90% of the volume; installation of road surface water drainage reaches 75%; installation of curbs reached 40%; construction of pavement leveling, shoveling and transporting waste soil to the green campus, casting manholes and sumps. INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa is also completing the construction acceptance test to ask for moving the medium and low voltage lines running across the construction site.

In March 2022, Dong Nam Residential area infrastructure project in Dong Khe commune, Dong Son district, Thanh Hoa province has been constructed by INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited the following work items: complete installation of sidewalks, construction of leveling pavement of road No. 8 and paving bricks of pavement of road No. 7. The construction of base A, wire pulling and installation of underground cables on sidewalks of roads No. 8, 9 & 13 are completed.
Construction progress updated in March 2022 – Star Villas project
At the end of March 2022, INVESTCORP Myanmar has basically completed and handed over and put into use Villas No. 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 16. INVESTCORP Myanmar continues to complete the painting and plastering of Villas No. 1A and 1B; installing sanitary equipment and air conditioners at Villa 1B and focusing on completing the work outside of Villas 14, 15, 1A & 1B.

On the morning of March 7, 2022, thanks to the policy and attention of the Board of Directors, the HR-Admin Department organized a program to celebrate International Women's Day 8-3, based on the principle of 5K to ensure safety and prevent pandemics but still much fun. The New An Nam Matsuoka Garment Factory project – Phase 3B is built at Lot C1-1, No. 10, Road No. 6, VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park, Hung Tay Commune, Hung Nguyen District, Nghe An Province. The project is constructed by Toda Vietnam Co., Ltd. as the General Contractor in an area of 30,440.65m2.

In February 2022, INVESTCORP 15 has implemented the construction of factory wall painting, installation of rolling doors and fireproof rolling doors. The system of outdoor 3-step stairs and ramps are under construction. The office area has been started to construct aluminum and glass, aluminum facade panels and drywall partition system by INVESTCORP 15.
