In November 2021, at the Renovation and improvement project of Thanh Quang Park (historical site of lamp factory), Ba Dinh ward, Thanh Hoa city, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has completed all the demolition of the existing infrastructure, installed stone curbs around the park, planted large trees in the campus and demolished the old coat of public toilets’ walls.
Construction progress updated in November 2021 – Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project
In November 2021, INVESTCORP 15 has completed the construction of all concrete floors for factories and office buildings. Concrete for the deck, dock floors No. 1 and stairs have also been completed in November 2021. The walls of the factory, office, and power room have also been done.

At the end of November 2021, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa continues to implement the work items of the Typical Residential Area Infrastructure Project in Hoang Hoc Village, Dong Hoang Commune, Dong Son District, Thanh Hoa Province and has completed to 90% of the K95 soil, 70% of K98 soil and 70% of low voltage electric poles. In addition, the construction of surface water drainage system and the construction of crushed stone type 2 are also being implemented in parallel.

In October 2021, the project of Repairing damage of roadbed, road surface and drainage system section Km3+00 -:- Km10+500, National way 47B, Thanh Hoa province has been implemented and completed by INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa 100% of asphalt concrete, 95% of the drainage system and is currently carried out casting safety poles.

In October 2021, the Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project has been completed the construction of concrete lining of the factory ground, the concrete roof of power room, the concrete walls of chemical house and walls on the 2nd floor of the office building. Currently, INVESTCORP 15 is implementing the construction of the 3rd floor walls of the office area and construction of 90% of the concrete works for the factory ground.

At the end of October 2021, INVESTCORP Dong Minh has completed all construction items of the Yi Da Garment Factory project Phase 3 - Canteen parking and carried out acceptance to handed over the project to the Investor to put into use.
