Update construction progress of HTMP mold and plastic part manufacturing project in Oct 2018
In Oct 2018, all the reinforced concrete structure at the office area of the HTMP mold and plastic part manufacturing project were completed by INVESTCORP. At the moment, INVESTCORP is preparing for the brickwork and assembly of the steel structure.
Update construction progress of Wearing apparels manufacturing project – Ramatex Hai Phong in Oct 2018
In Oct 2018, after completing and handing over the whole Block 1 of the Wearing apparels manufacturing project – Ramatex Hai Phong to the Owner to put in use, INVESTCORP continues to concentrate its workforce to promptly complete Block 2 of the project.
Update construction progress of New pressing factory project of Mitsuba M-Tech Vietnam Co. Ltd in Oct 2018
By the end of Oct 2018, all construction work of the New pressing factory project of Mitsuba M-Tech Vietnam Co. Ltd has been basically completed by INVESTCORP. At the moment, the final steps of finishing work and painting work of the indoor and outdoor details are being implemented.
Update construction progress of EMS extension project of Meiko Electronics Vietnam Company Ltd in Oct 2018
By the end of Oct 2018, after nearly 2 months of commencement of the EMS extension project of Meiko Electronics Vietnam Company, INVESTCORP has completed all temporary items for construction of the project such as temporary office and temporary fence; completed construction of the entire foundation work and the ground levelling.

In the morning of October 25, 2018, the signing ceremony of cooperation agreement to develop the project of Xuan Tien INVESTCORP residential area under Dan Luc commune, Trieu Son district, Thanh Hoa province between Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation INVESTCORP and Midland Property was solemnly held in INVESTCORP office at Lot D31, Van Phuc ward, Ha Dong, Hanoi. The ceremony was attended by Management Boards together with representatives of Departments’ Manager and staffs of the both Companies.

Update construction progress of Wearing apparels manufacturing project – Ramatex Hai Phong in Sep 2018
By the end of Sep 2018, the whole Production building 1, Canteen, parking house and auxiliary outdoor items such as main gate, guardhouse, internal road etc. under Block 1 of the Wearing apparels manufacturing project – Ramatex Hai Phong have been completed by INVESTCORP and handed over to the Owner to put in use. The Office building No.1 is also partly handed over to the Owner.

By the end of Sep 2018, at the New pressing factory project of Mitsuba M-Tech Vietnam Co. Ltd, all brickwork and ground croncrete has been finished. At present, INVESTCORP is carrying out plastering work and has finished to 90%. As expectation, the plastering work will have been finished by Oct 15, 2018.
Update construction progress of Myanmar Meranti project’s Ruby in Sep 2018
In Sep 2018, at the Myanmar Meranti project’s Ruby, 60% of the production building’s ground area has been done by INVESTCORP Myanmar. The remaining area will be continued to implement after the foundation for machines is completed.
Update construction progress of KMN Myanmar hot dip galvanizing factory project in Sep 2018
By the end of Sep 2018, at the office of the KMN Myanmar hot dip galvanizing factory project, tiling work and finish of the gypsum ceiling, painting work and installation of doors are being carried out by INVESTCORP Myanmar. As expectation, the entire office item will be completed in Oct 2018.

On September 11, 2018, Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation INVESTCORP held the groundbreaking ceremony of the EMS extension project of Meiko Electronics Vietnam Company Ltd. The ceremony was attended by the Investor’s representatives including Factory Manager, Project Manager and other representatives from Departments of the Investor, its partners and the Contractor’s representatives – INVESTCORP.
Update construction progress of Wearing apparels manufacturing project – Ramatex Hai Phong in August 2018
By the end of August 2018, at the Production Buildings No 1&2 under Block 1 of the Wearing apparels manufacturing project – Ramatex Hai Phong, the whole internal finish work has been completed and inspected. The external painting work has also been basically done.
Update construction progress of New pressing factory project of Mitsuba M-Tech Co. Ltd in August 2018
In August 2018, INVESTCORP has constructed more than 80% of the brickwork and now is constructing the ground concrete. As expected, the brickwork will have been finished by 15 September 2018 and the entire ground concrete work will be finished within September 2018.
