Summer travel 2018
On May 25-27, 2018, Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation INVESTCORP organized a summer travel program in 2018 for all employees of the Company at Eureka Linh Truong Resort in Hai Tien beach – Thanh Hoa. Summer travel, Team building are annual activities of the INVESTCORP Company and are events that the Company’s Board of Directors pays much attention to thank for the effort of all employees after hardworking days.
Update construction progress of New pressing factory project of Mitsuba M-Tech Co. Ltd in May 2018
On 5 May 2018, Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation INVESTCORP officially commenced the New pressing factory project of Mitsuba M-Tech Co. Ltd at Thang Long industrial park II, My Hao district, Hung Yen province. The project is built with total construction area of 9,080m2 including pressing building, waste storage, store and roof covering.
Update construction progress of Wearing apparels manufacturing project – Ramatex Hai Phong in May 2018
In May 2018, at the Wearing apparels manufacturing project – Ramatex Hai Phong, all items of the Block 1 were urgently implemented by INVESTCORP. Internal and external plastering work have been basically finished. Skimcoat and painting work have been completed up to 80%. At present, tiling work of staircase and toilet, waterproofing work for roof of the office and production buildings are starting to be implemented. Other finishing works such as ceiling, gypsum partition, aluminum cladding, aluminum door and partition are being fabricated and will be installed in June 2018. The office’s elevator has been basically finished installation for commissioning at the beginning of June 2018. Outdoor works such as guardhouse, fence; rainwater and wastewater drainage system are in the process to meet the hand-over schedule of Block 1 at the end of July 2018.

By the end of May 2018, the Myanmar Meranti project’s Ruby has been completed all the foundation work for the production building by INVESTCORP Myanmar.
Update construction progress of KMN hot dip galvanizing factory project in May 2018
By the end of May 2018, at the KMN hot dip galvanizing factory project, the whole foundation and bracing beam of the production building have been completed by INVESTCORP Myanmar. As expectation, in June 2018, the production building’s floor will be done. At present, the water tank system inside the production building, INVESTCORP Myanmar has finished ten tanks and one remaining tank will have been expected to complete by 10 June 2018.
Update construction progress of KMN hot dip galvanizing factory project in April 2018
In April 2018, at the KMN hot dip galvanizing factory project, INVESTCORP Myanmar has finished 80% of foundation and bracing beam of the production building; finished 9 out of 11 internal chemical tanks. It is expected on May 15, 2018, the remaining tanks and foundation work will be finished.
Construction progress of Vientiane (Laos) international airport terminal expansion project in April 2018
In Apr 2018, all internal and auxiliary items of the International passenger terminal West (IPTB West) of the Vientiane (Laos) international airport terminal expansion project have been handed over to the Owner by INVESTCORP.

By the end of April 2018, at Block 1 of the Wearing apparels manufacturing project – Ramatex Hai Phong, INVESTCORP completed all reinforced concrete works for the slabs and beams of the production No 1&2 and held the topping out ceremony of the Block 1 on 11 Apr 2018 ahead of schedule.
Update construction progress of Myanmar Meranti project’s Ruby in April 2018
The Myanmar Meranti project’s Ruby is commenced on March 1, 2018 with area of the production building of 23,734m2 including MCL, CRV, roll shop and auxiliary items. All of the production and auxiliary buildings are designed with steel structural type, reinforced concrete foundation, walls of 1meter high and corrugated iron above.

In the morning of 28 March 2018, the Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation INVESTCORP officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for construction of its new head office at the Van Phuc auctioning area, Van Phuc street, Van Phuc ward, Ha Dong district, Hanoi. The ceremony is fully attended by the Company management board, representatives from all departments and construction teams.
