Update construction progress in Mar 2019 – Golden Land Project Pharmaceutical Factory
In Mar 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar finished all temporary items of the Golden Land Project Pharmaceutical Factory consisting of temporary office, workshop and drainage system.
Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project– Ramatex Nam Dinh in Feb 2019
At the end of Feb 2019, at the Textile area of the Textile dyeing and garment factory project– Ramatex Nam Dinh, INVESTCORP finished construction of the foundation framework’s concrete, foundation pit’s backfilling and is carrying out foundation bracing. It is expected that in Mar 2019, the foundation bracing’s concrete will be finished to move to construction of the ground, walls and steel structure assembly.

In Feb 2019, INVESTCORP finished 50% of the foundation framework, beam and bracing at the workshop of the Vietnam Mie factory project phase 2. All construction stages are inspected by the Owner before moving to next steps.
Update construction progress of EMS extension project of Meiko Electronics Vietnam Company Ltd in Feb 2019
In Feb 2019, INVESTCORP finished all plastering work inside the workshop, finished epoxy and iron fence at the temporary warehouse. The temporary warehouse is now handed over to the Owner to put into use.
Update construction progress of HTMP mold and plastic part manufacturing project in Feb 2019
By the end of Feb 2019, after nearly 7 months of construction at the HTMP mold and plastic part manufacturing project, INVESTCORP has completed to 95% of the indoor items. At the moment, the final finishing works are carried out.

In Feb 2019, at the office area, INVESTCORP Myanmar finished the piling work and construction of the pile caps. The foundation beam and bracing are started implementing. It is expected that the assembly of the steel structure will be carried out and completed in Mar 2019.

Update construction progress of Vietnam Mie factory project phase 2 in Jan 2019
By the end of Jan 2019, at the Vietnam Mie factory project phase 2, all the temporary works such as office, warehouse, roads and gate etc. are done by INVESTCORP. Test piles are also finished to carry out massive piling work. At present, all the massive piling work are also completed.

In Jan 2019, INVESTCORP has finished the entire brickwork of the surrounding wall and partitions inside the workshop from the 1st floor to the roof technical floor, completed waterproofing work and heat resistance for the roof.

By the end of Jan 2019, at the office area, INVESTCORP is proceeding finishing works such as tiling, painting, ceiling and partition, installation of doors, windows and aluminum cladding. As expected, the whole office will be finished on Feb 2, 2019.

By the end of Jan 2019, at the Myanmar Meranti project’s Ruby of Meranti Ltd., INVESTCORP Myanmar is continuing to implement brickwork of some auxiliary houses and finish concrete surface of the cable trough. Painting work has started being implemented.
Update construction progress of KMN Myanmar hot dip galvanizing factory project in Jan 2019
In Jan 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar has implemented the remaining works such as internal road surface at the workshop area, asphalt filling at road construction joints, completion of assembly of the company’s logo, painting of gate and fence, finish of LPG station’s removal as per new design. Grass planting and backfilling work of road curb have been completed.

On Jan 17, 2019, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Golden Land Project Pharmaceutical Factory was held by INVESTCORP Myanmar in Plot B-22, Zone A, Thilawa SEZ, Thanlyin Township, Yangon, Myanmar. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Owner – Kalbe International Co., Ltd. – Myanmar, the Main contractor – Penta Ocean Construction Co., Ltd. and Sub contractor – INVESTCORP Myanmar.
Groundbreaking ceremony of Tamada Office and Warehouse project
On Jan 11, 2019, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Tamada office and warehouse project was held by INVESTCORP Myanmar in No. 621, West plot of Khayu Chaung, Thanlyin township, Yangon, Myanmar. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Owner – Tamada Engineering and Trading Company and representatives of the Contractor – INVESTCORP Myanmar.
