Year-end ceremony 2018
In the morning of Dec 29, 2018, INVESTCORP held the Year-end ceremony 2018 at the Aquaria Food Cultural Center in Le Duc Tho street, Tu Liem, Hanoi. The ceremony was attended by INVESTCORP’s Board of Directors, guests, all employees and their families.
Update construction progress of Wearing apparels manufacturing project – Ramatex Hai Phong in Dec 2018
By the end of Dec 2018, after 15 months of implementation, all of the brickwork at the Wearing apparels manufacturing project has been completed by INVESTCORP. Items under Block 1 of the project including Production building No. 1&2, Office No. 1 and Canteen have been put in use by the Owner. Items under Block 2 of the project including Production building No. 1&2, Office No. 2 and some other auxiliary houses have also been proceeded and completed.
Update construction progress of EMS extension project of Meiko Electronics Vietnam Company Ltd in Dec 2018
In Dec 2018, INVESTCORP has completed all of the concrete structure of the slab and beam including 3 floors with total floor area of nearly 20,000m2. At present, INVESTCORP is constructing the rest such as roof technical room and staircase attic. Topping out work of the project has also completed.
Update construction progress of HTMP mold and plastic part manufacturing project in Dec 2018
In Dec 2018, INVESTCORP has completed the whole reinforced concrete work and brickwork of the office at the HTMP mold and plastic part manufacturing project. At the moment, INVESTCORP is moving to finishing phase such as tiling, painting, gypsum work, doors and windows. It is expected that the office will be handed over to the Owner to put in use on Jan 25, 2019.
Update construction progress of Myanmar Meranti project’s Ruby in Dec 2018
At present, at the Myanmar Meranti project’s Ruby of Meranti Ltd., INVESTCORP Myanmar is implementing construction of floor structure of some auxiliary houses, finish of the internal cable troughs and start of implementing brickwork.
Update construction progress of KMN Myanmar hot dip galvanizing factory project in Dec 2018
In Dec 2018, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed casting concrete of the entire factory road, completed and handed over the office, guardhouse and pumping room to the Owner to put in use. The main gate and sub gate, factory’s fence and parking house have also been completed.

By the end of Nov 2018, at Block 1 of the Wearing apparels manufacturing project - Ramatex Hai Phong, INVESTCORP is carrying out some arising works as requested by the Owner.
Update construction progress of EMS extension project of Meiko Electronics Vietnam Company Ltd in Nov 2018
In Nov 2018, INVESTCORP has completed all slab and beam concrete structures at the 2nd floor for the workshop of the EMS extension project of Meiko Electronics Vietnam Company Ltd. Besides, INVESTCORP has also completed the slab and beam concrete work for the roof floor of Zone 1 and the 3rd floor’s ones of Zone 2,3&4.
Update construction progress of HTMP mold and plastic part manufacturing project in Nov 2018
By the end of Nov 2018, INVESTCORP has completed installation of steel structure, completed 90% of the workload of plastering work and moved to roof work of the office area at the HTMP mold and plastic part manufacturing project. Finishing works such as painting, ceiling and partition, tiling and glazing are started proceeding.

On Nov 15, 2018, the New pressing factory project of Mitsuba M-Tech Vietnam Co. Ltd was handed over to the Owner by INVESTCORP to put in use in accordance with the expected progress.
Update construction progress of Myanmar Meranti project’s Ruby in Nov 2018
At present, at the Myanmar Meranti project’s Ruby of Merantee Ltd., INVESTCORP Myanmar is proceeding structure construction of some auxiliary houses and internal cable troughs of the auxiliary houses.
Groundbreaking ceremony of the Vietnam Mie factory phase 2 project.
In the morning of Nov 23, 2018, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Vietnam Mie factory phase 2 project owned by Vietnam Mie Company Ltd., was held in Pho Noi A Industrial park – Hung Yen province. The ceremony was attended by the Owner’s representatives including Factory manager together with representatives from departments of the Owner and representatives of the General constructor – INVESTCORP.
Launching ceremony of Xuan Tien INVESTCORP Residential area project
On Nov 11, 2018, the launching ceremony of the Xuan Tien INVESTCORP Residential area project was solemnly held at Dan Luc commune – Trieu Son district – Thanh Hoa province. Attending the ceremony included representatives of the Owner – Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation and many valued customers living in Thanh Hoa province and some other neighboring provinces.
Update construction progress of HTMP mold and plastic part manufacturing project in Oct 2018
In Oct 2018, all the reinforced concrete structure at the office area of the HTMP mold and plastic part manufacturing project were completed by INVESTCORP. At the moment, INVESTCORP is preparing for the brickwork and assembly of the steel structure.

In Oct 2018, after completing and handing over the whole Block 1 of the Wearing apparels manufacturing project – Ramatex Hai Phong to the Owner to put in use, INVESTCORP continues to concentrate its workforce to promptly complete Block 2 of the project.
