INVESTCORP Group celebrates International Women's Day 8-3
On the morning of March 7, 2022, thanks to the policy and attention of the Board of Directors, the HR-Admin Department organized a program to celebrate International Women's Day 8-3, based on the principle of 5K to ensure safety and prevent pandemics but still much fun. This event is always welcomed by the staff of INVESTCORP Group because this is an opportunity for female employees to receive more sharing, cohesion and sincere affection from the Board of Directors and male staff of the Group.
Groundbreaking ceremony of New An Nam Matsuoka Garment Factory project – Phase 3B
The New An Nam Matsuoka Garment Factory project – Phase 3B is built at Lot C1-1, No. 10, Road No. 6, VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park, Hung Tay Commune, Hung Nguyen District, Nghe An Province. The project is constructed by Toda Vietnam Co., Ltd. as the General Contractor in an area of 30,440.65m2.
Handover of Renovation and improvement project of Thanh Quang Park (historical site of lamp factory), Ba Dinh ward, Thanh Hoa city
In February 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has speeded up the progress to complete the Renovation and improvement project of Thanh Quang Park (historical site of lamp factory), Ba Dinh ward, Thanh Hoa city and inspect and handover the project.
Construction progress updated in February 2022– Manufacturing eco-friendly decor product project
In February 2022, INVESTCORP 15 has implemented the construction of factory wall painting, installation of rolling doors and fireproof rolling doors. The system of outdoor 3-step stairs and ramps are under construction. The office area has been started to construct aluminum and glass, aluminum facade panels and drywall partition system by INVESTCORP 15.
Construction progress updated in February 2022 – Design and build project of Welco Technology Vietnam Factory
At the end of February 2022, INVESTCORP 9 has completed the construction of all columns - beams - floor structures, wastewater treatment tank and is continuing to complete the erection of steel structure, fabrication of corrugated iron, and roofing. Painting of beams, ceilings and MEP system in the main building will be completed in March 2022.

Immediately after the Lunar New Year holiday 2022, INVESTCORP Myanmar mobilized workers, equipment and machinery to immediately start work with a new spirit and determine to ensure the project submitted schedule.

On January 17, 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the Technical Infrastructure Project of Quan Noi 5 Residential area, Hoang Anh commune (now Long Anh ward), Thanh Hoa city.
Construction progress updated in January 2022 – Technical infrastructure project of residential area in Quang Dong commune, Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province
In January 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has mobilized materials, equipment, and human resources to execute the residential area project in Quang Dong commune. Construction works during the month includes the grubbing of roadbeds reached 50%; embankment of roads K95, K98 achieved 45% of the contract value. The roads that have been built include route No. 1, route No. 2, route No. 3, route No. 5, and route No. 6.

After 1 month of construction commencement, the Tho Xuan district square project not only ensures the construction quality but also exceeds the expected plan by nearly 2 months.

In January 2022, INVESTCORP 9 has completed all structural work of floor beams and 50% of column concrete volume on the 3rd floor. It is expected that the 3rd floor column concrete construction will be completed on Feb 15, 2022.

In January 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has mobilized human resources, materials and construction equipment to complete the remaining items to hand over and put the project into operation to welcome the Year of the Tiger 2022.
Construction progress updated in January 2022 – Toray International Vietnam factory project in Quang Ngai
On January 27, 2022, despite very difficult conditions due to the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic, INVESTCORP 9 still completed and handed over the Toray factory project on schedule, meeting the trust and receiving the satisfaction of the Investor for INVESTCORP 9 in particular and INVESTCORP Group in general.
Construction progress updated in January 2022 – Typical Residential Area Infrastructure Project in Hoang Hoc Village, Dong Hoang Commune, Dong Son District, Thanh Hoa Province
In January 2022, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Limited has implemented a number of work items at the Residential Area Infrastructure project in Hoang Hoc village, Dong Hoang commune, Dong Son district, Thanh Hoa province. The work done during the month includes embanking K95, drainage system, pulling power cables for low voltage power supply, cleaning works, organizing embankment and blocking of entrances to internal roads, installing warning signs for Tet holiday.

Spring Opening Celebration for the Year of the Tiger 2022
On the morning of February 7, 2022 (i.e., the 7th of the Lunar New Year), the Board of Directors and all staff of INVESTCORP Group held a Spring Opening Celebration to welcome the Year of the Tiger 2022 at its Headquarters.
