Update construction progress – Lakeside Service Apartment (Myanmar) project in August 2020
At the end of August 2020, the Lakeside Service Apartment (Myanmar) project continued to be piled by INVESTCORP Myanmar and started excavation work, installed shoring system and cut bored pile heads. Currently, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed 85% of the piling works and it is expected to be completed on September 10, 2020.
Update construction progress – Crystal Martin Vietnam factory project in August 2020
Crystal Martin Vietnam factory project is located in Quang Chau Industrial Park - Viet Yen - Bac Giang, consisting of the two items of domestic wastewater treatment station and renovation of the 6th floor of R1C building into an office.
Handover of Meiko Quang Minh electronics assembling factory project
At the end of August 2020, all items of Meiko Quang Minh electronics assembling factory project were completed by INVESTCORP. Currently, the project is being inspected and handed over to the Investor - Meiko Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd.
Update construction progress – Phase 4 factory construction project of Yokowo Vietnam Co., Ltd in July 2020
In July 2020, at the Phase 4 factory construction project of Yokowo Vietnam Co., Ltd, construction items continued to be carried out by INVESTCORP to catch up with the progress submitted to the Investor.
Updated construction progress - Electrical decoration project of Cau Ke street in July 2020
At the end of June 2020, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa completed installation of the remaining two double light poles and connected electricity for the whole line to run commission on June 28, 2020. On July 10, 2020, the project was officially put into operation.
Update construction progress in July 2020 – Embellishment project of Rung Thong historic sites and landscapes
In July 2020, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa mobilized necessary resources to complete the project and handed it over to the Investor to hold the project inauguration ceremony before the XXV Party Congress of Dong Son district for the term 2020-2025.

In July 2020, INVESTCORP continued its efforts to carry out the Meiko Quang Minh electronics assembling factory project to hand over to the Investor on time.
Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project – Ramatex Nam Dinh phase 2 in July 2020
At the end of July 2020, INVESTCORP has completed 50% of the Main factory's structure and has completed the construction of walls at floors 1, 2, and 3 in Zone 1. It is expected that in August 2020, INVESTCORP will finish casting all structural concrete in Zone 2; continue construction of columns, beams, floors 2 and 3 in Zone 3; build brick walls of the 4th floor in Zone 1 and the walls at the 1st floor, 2nd floor of Zone 2.
Signing ceremony of cooperation agreement for developing Xuan Tien INVESTCORP residential area project
On June 26, 2020 at Vinpearl Hotel - Thanh Hoa City, the signing ceremony of cooperation agreement for developing Xuan Tien INVESTCORP residential area project took place between the Project Investor - Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation - INVESTCORP and the Joint Venture of Hai Khang Investment and Development Joint Stock Company - M-land Thanh Hoa Joint Stock Company.
Handover of Yukioh factory project
On June 20, 2020, the Yukioh Factory project was handed over to the Investor - Yukioh Japan Co., Ltd by INVESTCORP Myanmar.
Update construction progress in June 2020 – Embellishment project of Rung Thong historic sites and landscapes
On June 17, 2020, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Co., Ltd carried out the renovation of Rung Thong historic sites and landscapes in Rung Thong town, Dong Son district, Thanh Hoa province with the total construction investment capital of more than 12.9 billion VND.
Updated construction progress - Electrical decoration project of Cau Ke street in June 2020
Carrying out the electricity package for decorating Cau Ke street, belonging to the embellishment project of towns and urban centers in Tho Xuan district, in June 2020 as per the Investor’s request, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Co., Ltd completed the installation of 15 out of 17 double light poles (at both sides of the road) and 31 single light poles (in the middle of the road). It is estimated to reach over 95% of the contract volume.
Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project – Ramatex Nam Dinh phase 2 in June 2020
In June 2020, INVESTCORP has completed all ground works and columns of the first floor in the Main factory, completed casting concrete of the fourth floor in Zone 1. As expectation in July 2020, INVESTCORP will complete the entire structural work in Zone 1 and continue to carry out columns, beams and floors of the second floor and third floor in Zone 2.
Handover of Traditional building project of Tho Xuan district
In June 2020, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has completed and handed over the Traditional building project of Tho Xuan district ahead of schedule to the Investor to put into use on the occasion of welcoming the Tho Xuan District Party Congress, term 2020-2025.
