Ninth ceremony of INVESTCORP’s establishment
On Nov 1, 2019, the 9th ceremony of the establishment of Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation – INVESTCORP was held in its headquarters – INVESTCORP Building lot A15-16, Van Phuc auction land, Van Phuc, Ha Dong, Hanoi. Attending the ceremony included the Board of Directors, all staff and representatives from the member companies.
INNVESTCORP hand over Textile dyeing and garment factory project– Ramatex Nam Dinh
In Oct 2019, INVESTCORP has handed over the Textile dyeing and garment factory project– Ramatex Nam Dinh to the Owner – Ramatex Group, ensuring the requirements on safety, quality and progress.
Handover of Tamada Office and Warehouse project
By the end of Oct 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed and handed over the entire Tamada Office and Warehouse project to the Owner.
Update construction progress – Yukioh factory project in Oct 2019
By the end of Oct 2019, at the main workshop, INVESTCORP Myanmar has been carrying out assembly of main structure, sand levelling and workshop’s ground compact. At the office area, assembly of main structure is also executed in parallel with the fabrication of formwork and assembly of ground reinforcement.
INVESTCORP Annual Football Cup 2019
Towards the 9-year anniversary of the Company's establishment and gratefulness to its staff, on October 12, 2019, Investment and Development Construction Industrial Corporation held the annual INVESTCORP football cup 2019 with the participation of 10 teams from member companies, departments and construction teams under the Company.
Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project– Ramatex Nam Dinh in September 2019
By the end of September 2019, INVESTCORP has completed the entire construction work at the dyeing workshop and handed it to the Owner to implement installation of the machine.
Update construction progress – Yukioh factory project in September 2019
In September 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed some items of the factory, including the foundation system and bracing beams of the main workshop and office building. Currently, the internal roads, factory gates and areas connecting with the industrial zone are being implemented. The pit system and drainage ditches are also being carried out in parallel.
Update construction progress of Tamada Office and Warehouse project in September 2019
In September 2019, at the Tamada Office and Warehouse project, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed 100% of the finishing work of the main workshop and is carrying out cleaning.
Handover of Sankyo project
By the end of September 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed finishing work for the entire Sankyo project and handed over to the Owner.
Handover of Golden Land Project Pharmaceutical Factory
By the end of September 2019, finishing of remaining works of the Golden Land Project Pharmaceutical Factory such as curb system, internal road, roof structural assembly etc. have been done by INVESTCORP Myanmar.
1st establishment anniversary of member company – INVVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Ltd
On Sep 19, 2019, the 1st establishment anniversary of the member company – INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa Company Ltd was held by Investment and development Construction Industrial Corporation INVESTCORP at its headquarters at Lot A15-16, Van Phuc auction land, Van Phuc road, Ha Dong, Hanoi with the attendance of the entire Corporation’s staff and representatives of INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa.
Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project– Ramatex Nam Dinh in August 2019
By the end of August 2019, at the dyeing area, INVESTCORP has completed the entire construction and handed over to the Owner.
Update construction progress – Yukioh factory project in Aug 2019
By the end of August 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed site clearance and construction of temporary items for the Yukioh Factory project including roads, fences, gates etc.
Update construction progress of Tamada Office and Warehouse project in August 2019
In August 2019, finishing work of the main factory of Tamada office and warehouse project was completed up to 95%.
Update construction progress – Sankyo project in August 2019
In Aug 2019, INVESTCORP Myanmar implemented finishing works of the outdoor road and ground slab. The workshop has been completed the machine platform and are moving to painting finishing stage and door installation. Finishing work of the office and concrete yard has also been completed.
