In December 2020, INVESTCORP completed and handed over the entire Phase 4 factory construction project of Yokowo Vietnam Co., Ltd.
Update construction progress of Textile dyeing and garment factory project – Ramatex Nam Dinh phase 2 in December 2020
In December 2020, INVESTCORP completed all structural construction and plastering work of the Main factory. Finishing works such as toilet tiling, stair tiling, painting, gypsum ceiling, doors, windows and glass walls... are expected to be completed on January 15, 2021 to prepare for cleaning and handing over to the Investor at the end of January 2021.
Update construction progress – Crystal Martin Vietnam factory project in December 2020
At the end of December 2020, all ceilings, drywall, aluminum and glass walls, mobile walls, paintwork, wooden doors and interior cabinets at the Renovation of the 6th floor of R1C building into an office - Crystal Martin Vietnam Factory project have been completed by INVESTCORP. The Vinyl flooring work has been completed 80% of the workload. It is expected that the polycarbonate wall will be completed on January 10, 2021. Other finishing works such as repairing, retouching and cleaning are also under construction.
10th anniversary of Group’s establishment – Year-end ceremony 2020 and Happy new year 2021
On December 20, 2020, INVESTCORP held its 10th anniversary of Group’s establishment – Year-end ceremony 2020 and Happy new year 2021. Update construction progress – Multifunctional house of Tho Xuan High school No 4, Tho Xuan district in November 2020
At the beginning of November 2020, the construction of stone foundation and backfilling of soil at the Multifunctional house project of Tho Xuan High School No. 4 had to be postponed several days due to the influence of heavy rain weather. At present, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has completed building freestone foundation walls and unburnt brick foundation walls, backfilling of soil and casting concrete of the foundation bracing. The erection of formwork and reinforcement, concreting the column and the wall of the Multifunctional house is under construction.
Update construction progress in November 2020 – Dong Nam Residential area infrastructure project in Dong Khe commune, Dong Son district, Thanh Hoa province
At the end of November 2020, Dong Nam residential infrastructure continued to be postponed due to rainy weather affecting the excavation and infrastructure construction. Currently, INVESTCORP Land Thanh Hoa has surveyed, made method statement and pumped water, executed drainage and treated the flooded area.
Update construction progress – Lakeside Service Apartment (Myanmar) project in November 2020
At the end of November 2020, INVESTCORP Myanmar has completed all the installation of the piling-proof system and 95% of the excavation work at the Lakeside Myanmar Hotel project. At present, INVESTCORP Myanmar is continuing to implement underground works and urgently speeding up reinforced concrete structures including cutting bored piles, casting foundation lean concrete, fabricating and installing reinforced concrete and underground formwork. It is expected that the concrete work of underground structures will be started from December 1, 2020.

In November 2020, at the main Factory and Office of the Suga International (Vietnam) Factory project, INVESTCORP has completed all foundation, ground, and columns at the 1st floor and completed 30% construction work of the 2nd floor.
Update construction progress – Star Villas project in November 2020
In November 2020, INVESTCORP Myanmar completed structural work and is moving to executed finishing work of Villa No.5. As expected, Villa No. 5 will be completed and handed over to the Investor at the end of December 2020.

At the end of November 2020, in addition to the PVC wall item that will be constructed after handover, INVESTCORP has completed all construction work of the Main factory including the completion of gypsum walls, sandwich walls and ceilings, toilet partitions, interior and exterior skimcoat and painting… At the moment, after completing the firefighting system, INVESTCORP will implement inspection and hand over to the Investor.

In November 2020, at the main Factory area, INVESTCORP completed the entire construction of the structure. It is expected that the plastering work will be completed on December 10, 2020, finishing works such as toilet and stair tiling, painting, gypsum ceilings and walls, doors, windows, glass walls... will also be completed in December 2020.

At the end of November 2020, INVESTCORP has completed all toilet tiling, 95% of the gypsum ceilings and partitions and 60% of wooden doors and aluminum - glass walls at the renovation of the 6th floor of R1C building into an office - Crystal Martin Vietnam factory project. Currently, INVESTCORP is under construction of interior items including cabinets, mobile walls, Polycarbonate walls and surface finishing for Vinyl flooring. The mockup room has been completed and approved by the Investor.

On October 30, 2020, INVESTCORP was honored to receive the “Excellent performance certificate” from Meiko Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. for the Meiko Quang Minh electronics assembling factory project.

Multifunctional house of Tho Xuan High school No 4 is invested by the People's Committee of Tho Xuan District and consulted, supervised by Thanh Hoa Construction Quality Assurance Center. The multifunctional house is designed modernly and constructed on an area of nearly 800m2 with house height of 13.35m, reinforced concrete foundation structure, unburnt brick wall, dome-shaped metal roof and parquet flooring...
